Sitting on a polished antique table in front of an ornately gilded mirror, the “Casino Royale” star has only a glass of wine for company as she mimics erotic photographer Helmut Newton’s iconic 1973 image.

The photograph for Vogue magazine titled ‘The Sexiest Woman In The World’, firmly sealed Rampling’s reputation as a sex symbol.

But Green who shot to international fame playing Vesper Lynd opposite Daniel Craig’s Bond in ‘Casino Royale’, said that she often battles her insecurities about her body.
