Canadian songstress Celine Dion has reportedly had a miscarriage. She and her husband Rene Angelil made an announcement in August stating that they were expecting their second child together from a successful cycle of in vitro fertilization, or IVF.

Despite earlier reports that Celine Dion was expecting her second child, her husband Rene Angelil confirms that the 41-year-old singer is not expecting.
“We’re living the reality of the majority of couples who face these procreation techniques,” Angelil tells the Canadian newspaper Journal de Montreal.
Dion and Angelil have an 8-year-old son, Rene-Charles, who was conceived by in vitro fertilization.
