A Hindu statesman has advised Lindsay Lohan, who is currently in India for a BBC documentary, to take a dip in the holy Ganges so that the Mean Girls star can ‘rediscover herself’.
After a much-publicised struggle with booze and prescription drugs Lohan, 23, is finally getting back to some serious work.

Lindsay Lohan has started proceedings to file a restraining order against her father.
The ‘Mean Girls’ actress is said to fear for her safety and has instructed her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman to begin the paperwork against Michael Lohan.
The filing should be ready within the next 48 hours, according to website RadarOnline.
The 23-year-old star took action against Michael – who she has a turbulent relationship with – over fears he was going to kidnap her.
It is thought she was encouraged to seek the restraining order by her mother, Dina – who is Michael’s ex-wife – and wants to be out of Los Angeles and away from her father when the filing becomes legal.

July 14th, 2009 admin Michael Jackson’s sister, LaToya Jackson, told a London newspaper she suspects her brother was “murdered” in a conspiracy by “a shadowy entourage.”
LaToya Jackson said she knows who is responsible for her brother’s death and is determined to see them brought to justice, the News of the World reported.
According to the published interviews with The News of the World and The Mail on Sunday, she did not name any of the people she believes were involved and did not offer any evidence to support her claim that foul play was involved in the singer’s sudden death on June 25.
She reportedly said the conspirators used powerful prescription drugs to keep Michael Jackson submissive and under control and also kept him away from his family.
“I feel it was all about money,” she was quoted as saying by the News of the World.

Paula Abdul expressed shock over fan found dead near her home

Paula Abdul has expressed her shock after a fan was found dead near the singer’s LA mansion.
Police discovered the body of Paula Goodspeed, 30, in a car alongside prescription drugs and pictures of the reality show judge on Tuesday.
It is thought the woman, who once auditioned for American Idol, was obsessed with the star.
‘I am deeply shocked and saddened at what transpired,’ said a statement released by Paula Abdul’s publicist. ‘My heart and prayers go out to her family.’
Although an official cause of death has yet to be determined, Detective Robert Bub of the LAPD has suggested it could have been ‘suicide by overdose’.
Paula Goodspeed auditioned on series 5 of the hit US show, but failed to impress Paula, 46, or her fellow judges.
