Madonna Is Raising Malawi”id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5398362590211781362″ />Madonna travels with her children Lourdes Leon, Mercy James and David Banda, to vist the Mphandu la Orphanage in the Namitete area outside Lilongwe, Malawi on Thursday (October 29).
The 51-year-old entertainer attended the ground breaking ceremony for the Raising Malawi Academy for Girls.
Madonna recently blogged to urge people to join her cause.

Making the most of her 34th birthday, Eva Longoria was spotted hanging out in Acapulco, Mexico with some friends yesterday (March 15).
The “Desperate Housewives” hottie paled around the downtown area with friends of the Camil family, shopping at Zara and having a marvelous time.In related news, Eva will be executive producing a documentary about migrant kids who work on produce farms for below-poverty wages.
Titled “Harvest,” the film is being released by Shine Global productions. Longoria has long been involved in activist initiatives such as the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund and United Farm Workers.
