Reviving a two-year-old case, Whittier, California police arrested Anna Nicole Smith’s former attorney and boyfriend Howard K Stern yesterday (March 12) for conspiring to furnish drugs to the late actress/model.
According to a report, Stern has been formally charged, arrested, and booked, with bail set at $20,000.
