Former ‘O.C.’ actress Mischa Barton has angered her close friends by partying at the All Points West music festival in New York even though she was just placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
“It’s scary to see her out right after she’s received treatment,” family friend Eric Ziegenbein told Heat magazine.

Celebrating the end of another season of filming, the stars of “90210” were out for a night of partying at Coco de Ville in Hollywood on Saturday night (March 21).
Leading the charge were the hit CW show’s leading ladies, as AnnaLynne McCord, Shenae Grimes, Jessica Stroup and Jessica Lowndes all made appearances at the popular nightspot.As for their male counterparts, Tristan Wilds, Dustin Milligan, Ryan Eggold and Michael Steger were all on-hand for the night’s festivities.
Meanwhile, fans of the show will be treated to all-new episodes beginning on March 31, with “90210” alum Tori Spelling slated to appear for three episodes starting April 14.

Letting her hair down for an evening out on the town, Jessica Lowndes was spotted over at club Bardot in Hollywood last night (March 19).
Joined by “The Last House on the Left” stud Aaron Paul, Miss Lowndes looked lovely in a navy blue one-strap minidress with matching belt and boots.Jessica’s hit CW show “90210” returns March 31st with brand new episodes, and later this season she’ll be getting a new female guest star- Phil Collins’ daughter Lily.
Collins will join the show for the final two episodes of the season, airing May 12th & 19th , as Phoebe, an eventual rival of Shenae Grimes’ character Annie Wilson.
