Lindsay Lohan Files Father Order

Lindsay Lohan Files Father Order Lindsay Lohan has started proceedings to file a restraining order against her father.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress is said to fear for her safety and has instructed her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman to begin the paperwork against Michael Lohan.

The filing should be ready within the next 48 hours, according to website RadarOnline.

The 23-year-old star took action against Michael – who she has a turbulent relationship with – over fears he was going to kidnap her.

It is thought she was encouraged to seek the restraining order by her mother, Dina – who is Michael’s ex-wife – and wants to be out of Los Angeles and away from her father when the filing becomes legal.

I’m going to see the judge this week.

Jon Gosselin and Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan were spotted together in the Hamptons on Wednesday. Jon and his tabloid reporter friend, Kate Major, stopped by Lohan’s Hamptons home.

“Jon is a friend, he’s a great guy, he needed a place to get away to, and my doors were open to him and Kate Major,” Michael said.

Lindsay Lohan’s Arrest Warrent

Though she had a warrant out for her arrest, that didn’t stop Lindsay Lohan from hitting the town of Friday (March 13).

After lunching in Beverly Hills, Miss Lohan went shopping at Gelson’s market – only to be escorted home by police, but for some reason not taken into custody.Later on in the evening, Miss Lohan then headed off to Chateau Marmont, followed up by a trip to Jack Nicholson’s house.

Of the situation, the Beverly Hills Police Department released the following statement discussing the warrant resulting from Lohan’s 2007 DUI arrest:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan.
