Lindsay Lohan Dismisses <a href=Dating Rumours”id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5421411366800239650″ />Lindsay Lohan has laughed off reports she has a new man in her life – insisting she’s just “friends” with her latest rumoured love interest.

The Mean Girls star, who split from her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson earlier this year (09), has fought off a string of dating rumours in recent weeks after she was linked to Jason Segel, Entourage star Kevin Connolly, and Gerard Butler.

I’m not dating my friend, people are nutso (sic), and it’s not a way to start off the new year with rumours.

She was most recently rumoured to be involved with model Adam Senn, but Lohan is adamant she’s still single.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, “I’m not dating my friend, people are nutso (sic), and it’s not a way to start off the new year with rumours.”

The Mean Girls star appears topless in a series of sexual poses in the provocative Terry Richardson shots, which will feature in an upcoming issue of the publication, reports Contactmusic.

According Life & Style mag, in one steamy snap, Lohan simulates a threesome with a male and female model.

However this is not that Lindsay has foray into naked pics.

Lindsay Lohan Files Father Order

Lindsay Lohan Files Father OrderLindsay Lohan has started proceedings to file a restraining order against her father.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress is said to fear for her safety and has instructed her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman to begin the paperwork against Michael Lohan.

The filing should be ready within the next 48 hours, according to website RadarOnline.

The 23-year-old star took action against Michael – who she has a turbulent relationship with – over fears he was going to kidnap her.

It is thought she was encouraged to seek the restraining order by her mother, Dina – who is Michael’s ex-wife – and wants to be out of Los Angeles and away from her father when the filing becomes legal.

I’m going to see the judge this week.

‘Sex Tapes Among Items Stolen’ from Lindsay Lohan’s Home

Police have released CCTV images of three burglary suspects caught on camera breaking into Lindsay Lohan’s Hollywood Hills home.The suspects, who covered their faces with scarves, were captured walking through a gate and entering the courtyard of the property in the early hours on Sunday while the actress was out with her younger sister Ali.

Detectives believe they got inside through an unlocked door before ransacking the house and stealing items belonging to Lindsay, 23.Police say two of the suspects were female and the third was male, all aged between 18 and 25.Posting messages on Twitter, Lindsay said some items taken had sentimental value.

This included ‘very incriminating videos and photos’ along with legal documents, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.The Mean Girls star expressed her suspicions about the burglary, and suggested the perpetrators might be known to her.She wrote: ‘I know it was not a ROBBERY.

Just when we thought she may be getting her life back on track, Lindsay Lohan is the prime suspect in a jewelry theft in the UK.

According to a HolyMoly report, the “Mean Girls” actress was in London for a photo shoot with Elle magazine when she allegedly lifted $45,000 worth of jewels that were on loan from a local jeweler.
