A New York tattoo parlour is facing a fine for allowing Rihanna to ink her initials and an umbrella design onto three members of staff.
The Umbrella hitmaker was spotted wielding a needle at Manhattan’s EastSide Ink in July (09), and reportedly etched her personalised image ontothree resident artists.

The business was issued with a citation by the New York City Departmentof Health for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site”.
Now the store’s owners are facing a fine of between $200-$2,000 (£125-£1,250), according to Tmz.

Police on Friday were continuing to investigate a bizarre carjacking in which a woman wearing a bikini forced a driver from her car Thursday, then went to an RV dealership that she attempted to rob.Morgan Haley, 24, was arrested and taken to the DeSoto County Jail, where bond was set at $6,000.
Haley faces charges of carjacking and two counts of assault by physical fear.The incident began at 5:33 p.m.
