Golden Globe Nominees Announced!

The nominees for the 67th annual Golden Globe awards were announced by stars Justin Timberlake, Diane Kruger, and John Krasinski. Timberlake stole the show after announcing Emily Blunt’s nomination for “The Young Victoria” – cracking that Krasinski (Blunt’s fiance) was “gonna have a good night tonight.” The nominees are as follows:

Mary Kate Olsen Unveils New Look

She’s always been known for her fashion individualism, and at last night’s Metropolitan Opera gala in New York City, Mary Kate Olsen showed off yet another new look.

The “Full House” cutie tried out an ensemble that was reminiscent of early Madonna and Courtney Love, sporting a bleached-blonde curly coif complete with bright red lipstick and a black belted dress.And it seems that the event’s fashionistas gave MKO’s new style two thumbs up, with one critic noting that it was “much more grown-up and polished – but not too groomed.”

Miss Olsen was in good company at the Opera shindig, as celebrities like Claudia Schiffer, Becki Newton, Claire Danes, Diane Kruger, and Kanye West all showed up as well

The Stars Turn Up for MET’s 125th Anniversary Gala

Making for quite the star-studded affair, the celebrities were out in full force on Sunday night (March 15) for The Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Anniversary Gala in New York City.

Held at Lincoln Center’s Metropolitan Opera House, lovely ladies including Mary Kate Olsen, Claire Danes, Becki Newton and Ginnifer Goodwin all graced the red carpet.
Also taking part in the evening’s festivities were Kanye West and girlfriend Amber Rose, as well as Diane Kruger and her “Dawson’s Creek” beau Joshua Jackson.

The celebrity-packed fete featured Met performers showing off their talents during recreations of classic productions, all in hopes of raising some cash for future projects.

Adriana Lima Shows Diamond Sparkler at Cavalli Party

Making a public appearance shortly after her big wedding announcement, Adriana Lima was on-hand for the Roberto Cavalli boutique opening party during Paris Fashion Week ready-to-wear Autumn/Winter 2009 on Saturday night (March 7).

In an unsuccessful effort, the sexy supermodel did her best to hide her big diamond sparkler as she posed for pictures and mingled with a guest list including Diane Kruger, Kanye West, Milla Jovovich, Peaches Gedolf and Jade Jagger, among others.The outing comes just a few weeks after it was announced that Miss Lima secretly married her NBA star beau Marko Jaric.

At the time, Lima told press, “We are so excited about our future together. And we are really looking forward to big romantic wedding this summer with all of our friends and family.”
