Phillip Sherman who is the husband of Tina Sherman lost his cell phone that contain naked pictures of his wife at a McDonald’s restaurant in Arkansas was shocked when the photos appeared on the internet.The couple is suing the franchise for $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.
