Her grandfather was the most famous revolutionary to have ever lived.But Lydia Guevara – granddaughter of Cuban guerilla leader Che – hopes to be at the forefront of another revolution, this time for vegetarianism.To further her cause, the 24-year-old, who has been linked to Russell Brand in the past, has posed semi-nude in a PETA campaign.
