The 26-year-old recently received an ultimatum from her Lord Of The Rings star boyfriend, after turning down two marriage proposals.A source said: ‘He has told her he wants to marry her and will propose again this summer. If she says no, he’s said it will be over.’Orlando discussed marriage with her in New York last year and again in Sydney earlier this year but she kept saying she was too young.’
